ACETATE HISTORY

Acetate is a synthetic fiber that comes from cotton to which alcohol and acetone are added. The manufacture of glasses with acetate began in the mid- 1940´s, closely related to excessive use of plastic, acetate is much more recommended because it does not pollute the environment and is made from renewable materials.
